Hi Fire. Don't mind me. I seem to be a little loopy today.
Just kidding around.
Eathray and I have our little apple v. linux jousts periodically.
apple OS and Linux are cousins; or really more like uncle and nephew, I think, so we have fun with it from time to time.
If I really wanted to take the time to learn a system, it would be Linux, but since I am lazy about that, and just want to push a button and watch the magic happen, I do the apple thing.

By the way, if you wanted to be lazy and watch the magic with Linux, you could order a Dell with Ubuntu and enjoy full customer support besides.

that huh was for eathray.
So my friend in Peoria IL just sent me articles of wilding kids...30-50 of them, sometimes gangs, sometimes not-from 8-16 y/o. they lie in the streets daring drivers to hit them and causing swerving, attacking random people...they just broke the leg of a pregnant girl AFTER being told she was pregnant. WTH?? In peoria??? Worse...it seems like the people are getting de-sensitized and are not crying out in protest.
I think I am going to add to my sig:
Where are we going? And why am I in this handbasket?
I could do a "Hidey" and say what kind of world would it be if people really did go to hell in a handbasket. lol
Seriously, I feel like my parents but the world is going crazy.

The board screen went WAY wide with Eath's chart. Is there a way to fix that?
Update We are up to 654 posts...coming in towards 666 for James.
I wish we could tell that other than when we first log in. There does not seem to be anywhere else...can you see it Eathray somewhere else as the admin?

Hey all,
James, I posted on NTE wondering if wicked step-Mumz made a good show of your dad's award. I would like to think she honored him on this event even though the family is split. Good for your dad's memory. Hope it was worth while and did Pops justice.
